Kellie has over twenty years’ professional experience in community development, water management, natural resource management and sustainable agriculture industry. She has developed strong relationships with the key stakeholders throughout Victoria and a thorough understanding of the importance of corporate services, community development and strategic direction. Kellie has extensive facilitation, project management, governance, monitoring and evaluation experience, along with extensive experience in the provision of advice, strategies and service standards to community groups, organisations and agencies.

Kellie is an excellent stakeholder manager, who has built highly beneficial relationships to support community delivered social capital, natural resource management and sustainable agricultural initiatives.
Derek Hibbert
DEREK HIBBERT
DIRECTOR​

Derek has more than 25 years of experience in land management, including coastal management, natural resources management, agriculture and community engagement.
For nearly 20 years Derek has lead the management of some of Victoria’s most popular and iconic coastal reserves, such as several on Phillip Island, including Cowes, and the foreshores of Inverloch, Cape Paterson and Kilcunda. This has included the management of native flora and fauna, control of pest plants and animals, response to coastal erosion and the development of coastal infrastructure.
Derek has lead the development of several land and facility management plans, many of which have involved broad stakeholder engagement. Derek holds a Certificate in Engagement from the International Association for Public Participation.
Derek has extensive experience working in various agricultural sectors including dairy farming, viticulture and turf production. Derek is currently a committee member of the Phillip Island Landcare Group.
Derek completed an Environmental Management degree at Deakin University and then an Honours degree at Monash University where he completed a thesis on the restoration of eroded sand dunes at Cape Woolamai and Kilcunda, which included extensive vegetation sampling.
